First of all, we are thankful for your support from the beginning until now. Today, we are more than happy to announce the date that we’ve been waiting for: the date for Tribe Land’s Public Auction. 

The date for our Public Auction IDO will take place on December 15th, at 7AM UTC.

190,000,000 $TRBL will be auctioned using the Overflow method during this sale. The hard-cap for our Auction will be $1,900,000 USDC.

The sale will be conducted in Three Phases:

• First phase: The sale period, you will have 48 hours to commit/withdraw USDC into an IDO Program (This was like a smart contract vault in ERC20/BEP20 chain).

  The price of the $TRBL token will then adjust based on the amount of USDC deposited, until the point when we reach the hard-cap of 1,900,000 USDC. The price of $TRBL then would stop at $0.01.

  During this phase, you can deposit USDC to increase your commitment or withdraw USDC if you want to reduce your bid. To ensure that our Auction is fair for everyone, we will have a special mechanism to distribute our tokens to all participants, similar to the method of Binance Launchpad.

  The distribution will be deducted with formula as below:

  (Committed USDC by an individual/Total committed USDC in the pool) x 190,000,000 = Each participant’s final token allocation.

• Second phase: The second period is the grace period and will occur during the last 24 hours of the sale. During this phase, you can withdraw your USDC safely. During this period you cannot deposit anymore. The withdrawal will stop if the total value committed in the pool reaches $1,900,000.

• Last phase: The final period is the redeem period, where the tokens and the remaining USDC can be manually claimed by users within 1 month.

For example, Alice committed 10,000 USDC, while the total committed USDC in the pool is 5,000,000 USDC. In the end, Alice will have a total allocation of 380,000 $TRBL. With the price of $0.01/$TRBL, the smart contract will automatically deduct 3800 USDC from Alice’s committed balance. At the end of the last phase, 380,000 $TRBL and 6200 USDC can be claimed by Alice.

This model was made to ensure that a fair environment for all of our participants and loyal supporters. We don’t have private rounds to avoid selling pressure from private investors. All of our early investors signed deals to take Territories and Equities in exchange for their investments. We also believe that our project's real supporters are public buyers, who will try out our game immediately when it’s available. Having a large amount of tokens for public buyers will ensure that they will get the tokens needed to enjoy our game without paying high “entry fees”.

Also note that our project's FDV (Fully Diluted Valuation) is only $10M, a small number compared to other Blockchain Gaming projects.
